When will my order ship?

We process and ship all orders within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress in real time.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products (lingerie, hosiery, accessories), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

When am I eligible for a refund?

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock after purchase
  • The order is cancelled before shipment
  • The item is deemed defective and cannot be replaced

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
