When will my order ship?

We process and ship all orders within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress in real time.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the intimate nature of our products — including lingerie, sleepwear, and hosiery — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been worn, tried on, or unsealed. This ensures that every piece you receive is brand-new and hygienically handled with care.

Please review your order carefully before checkout, and feel free to contact us if you need help choosing your size or style.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our support team will promptly review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

When am I eligible for a refund?

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock after purchase
  • The order is cancelled before shipment
  • The item is deemed defective and cannot be replaced

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
