We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.


Due to the intimate nature of our products — including lingerie, sleepwear, and hosiery — items must be unworn, unwashed, untried on, unsealed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.


For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any intimate items that have been worn, tried on, washed, damaged, altered, or removed from their original sealed packaging.


Please review your order carefully before checkout. If you need help choosing your size or style, our team will be happy to assist you before you place your order.


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our support team can review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
