At RezaFay, every order is carefully prepared and packed with the same attention we give to our designs — elegant, personal, and handled with care.

Processing Time

 

We process and ship all orders within 72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.


Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or special launches), order processing may take slightly longer — but rest assured, your pieces are always worth the wait.

 

Shipping Options & Delivery

 

All packages are shipped from our fulfillment center in the U.S. via trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your order a little sooner.

Once your order has been shipped, RezaFay is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control — but our support team will always do their best to assist you if something goes wrong.

 

Order Updates

 

You can monitor your delivery anytime using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer care team — we’ll make sure everything is on its way.

 

Address Changes

 

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

If you realize there’s an error, reach out to us within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order is dispatched, we’re unable to change the address or reroute the package.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

In the rare event that your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us at info@rezafay.com.

We’ll coordinate with the carrier to locate your order and offer a resolution as quickly as possible.
